A Senior Aviation Management professional with over 19 years of both International and local experience in General and Corporate Aviation(GCA) for Commercial Aircraft Management, FBO Operations, VVIP-Handling, with an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Airline & Business Aviation Operations.
Holds an MBA in Human Resource, Diploma in Aviation Studies (IATA) and various Aviation certifications. Also a Certified Business Analyst Professional CBAP®, and a member of AfBAA, NBAA, CBAA.
Kenneth is a thorough breed aviation professional with over 27 years cognate experience in different capacities and areas of Aviation ground operations.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Geography and regional planning and has attended numerous aviation training with certifications. His immense understanding of aviation regulations and compliance requirements affirms his proficiency in the development and implementation of efficient operational procedures and strategies for team's efficiency ,safety and profitability.
Olusola Ogunseye brings her extensive training and expertise in finance, Human resources, Administration and management to bear as Director of Human resources and Administration of Leading-Edge Aviation Services Limited. She obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Masters Degree in Management from the prestigious University of Lagos. Olusola is equipped with an in-depth knowledge of local and international markets, Human Resources and administration.
Her grasp of modern business trends and best practice is well matched by her ability to manage human and material resources for optimal performance.
